This section covers Memphis between I-240
on the north and south from the railroad viaducts on
Jackson, Summer, and Poplar on the west
to the Germantown city limits on the east. East of
I-240, the northern boundary is the Wolf River and the
southern boundary is Nonconnah Parkway.
