This
section covers north-central Memphis, including the
community of Raleigh, from the the Illinois Central
Railroad on the west (which goes over James Road just
east of Hollywood/ Range Line) to the Bartlett city
limits on the east, and from I-240 on the south to the
city limits on the north.
