This 1980s photo shows the Le
Bonheur parking lot
on the block to the west of the hospital.
Dunlap runs across the bottom of the photo,
with Adams on the left and Washington on the right.
In the 1990s, a new Physician Office Building
(below) would be
built in this space, with a tunnel running under
Dunlap to the hospital.
Le Bonheur's Physician Office
Building,
completed in October 1991.
In January 1994, the hospital's
new seven-story tower was officially opened.
The new tower features a
five-story atrium lobby
with award-winning lighting.
