Wow. My father grew up across the street from this park. He went to Sea
Isle Elem., and I grew up during the summers at this park. My grandmother
would watch me, my sister, and my cousins during the summer. There used to
be a basketball court there. And way back on the day where the basketball
court used to be, there was a wading pool with a fountain. The park has
been upgraded, and the ballfield has been moved, and also upgraded. A lot
of good memories about this park...

My older brothers and I spent summers at Sea Isle Park. They had "park
commissioners" i think is what they were called. They were at the park
from 9am to 3pm week days. There were organized games . .tether ball, four
square and box hockey. If you were one of the lucky ones, the park
commission would deliver lunch and you could get a sandwich.
